IMPORTANT COMPANY POLICIES CUSTOM ORDERS: Our business is based on custom orders. Because available patterns and colors vary from season to season, please call AB/C to discuss the details of your order. EMBROIDERY: We specialize in livestock brand and club embroideries. Call for custom quotes on all embroidery work. TERMS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Checks for phone orders. Payment is expected when the order is placed. RETURNS: We do not accept returns for credit or exchange unless we authorize such returns. No merchandise will be accepted for return after 15 days from shipment date. No embroidered merchandise will be accepted for return. RE-STOCK: There will be a 25% restocking charge on all returns. SHIPPING: We prefer to ship by FedEx. We insure all of our shipments for the cost of the merchandise. |
